What I think of this is that Japanese police always use Wakigatame to control.I’ve never seen a neck choke. It may be necessary for US police to obey the use of Wakigatame. They have no technique, so they strangle. I think it’s dangerous for police officers to be unable to headlock a criminal in an emergency. I think it’s better to introduce Wakigatame once and thoroughly implement it, and then take the process of prohibiting it when it is still useless. I would suggest that the Japanese government propose to export arrest techniques.
